Can’t remember all of it but was riding on a black horse with a few people in front of me that I knew and we were in a fairly crowded place then we had to go up a few stairs, one of the people we were with was old and when we had gone up the stairs, I can’t remember if I jumped off the horse or not but I remember trying, above the stairs there was just a flat platform and the old guy got stuck between a few people and he got stabbed and he was holding the knife himself after the guy who stabbed him left. Not sure where he was stabbed but maybe in the throat, the was an abundance of blood in his face his hand his clothes. One of us the called for emergency help and the lady on the line who might have been an ambulance driver asked a few questions and strangely she asked about something people would usually have at home (in the dream it was apparently something that was common for people to have at home in a specific spot, potentially related to helping someone out of a bad situation of some kind) so she asked if that thing was in the white drawer, because it was a common thing for people to store whatever that thing was in a white drawer perhaps in their bedroom. If you know what that thing could’ve been feel free to tell me because I can’t remember the word for it. I think it was common for that thing to be stored in a white drawer so that it would be easily spotted, visible or found when needed, but that’s just a guess.
Dreams can often serve as reflections of our feelings, experiences, and subconscious thoughts. Let's break down the key elements of your dream to gain a deeper understanding.
Black Horse: Horses often symbolize strength, power, and freedom. The fact that it's a black horse might suggest a connection to the unknown or the unconscious. It can also represent a journey or endeavor that requires courage.
Crowded Place & People You Know: The presence of familiar faces could indicate that you're navigating through social situations or relationships in your life. The crowd may represent your feelings of pressure or the social dynamics at play.
Stairs: Stairs often symbolize progress, challenges, or a transitional phase in life. Climbing stairs can suggest that you are taking steps toward a goal or facing obstacles.
The Old Man: The character of the old man can symbolize wisdom, experience, or possibly your own fears about aging and vulnerability. His being trapped and ultimately harmed may reflect anxiety about losing control or the fragility of life.
Stabbing and Blood: This disturbing imagery could represent feelings of betrayal, emotional pain, or fears regarding an difficult situation. Blood often symbolizes life force or vitality. It could convey a sense of loss or injury, either physical or emotional.
Emergency Help: Calling for help indicates a desire for support or intervention in your waking life. It may reflect feelings of helplessness in a current situation.
The White Drawer: The object that was seemingly essential but forgotten could symbolize an overlooked resource, tool, or aspect of your life that could aid you during challenging times. Drawers are metaphors for places where we keep things we find valuable or necessary.
The unknown object you were asked about might point to a need for self-care, healing tools, or something that helps support you during crises. It may represent something tangible (like first aid supplies) or intangible (like emotional support, coping mechanisms, or communication). Since you mentioned it was something common to have at home, it implies that you possess those resources but might not always recognize their availability or importance when facing difficulties.
Overall, this dream seems to delve into themes of vulnerability, the need for support, and perhaps a contemplation of mortality or loss. It may be helpful to reflect on current challenges in your waking life and consider what resources, support systems, or personal strengths you can draw upon to navigate through them.
